For recording issues, in-app purchase or restore problems, include your iOS version and iPhone model. Purchases are processed by Apple — you can also manage refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Plugins (macOS)

For CHORDO, FLOW and other plugins, include your DAW, macOS version, and the plugin format you installed (VST3 / AU).
